Ray St. Ray "The Singing Cab Driver"
Ray St. Ray is an entertainer, street philosopher and raconteur. He loves people, he loves Chicago and he loves to drive. After a variety of jobs and a few marriages, Ray decided to create the kind of life that he would want to read a book or see a movie about. Former frontman for the band Chameleon World, in the last eleven years he has written ninety songs while driving a taxicab, serenading over 40,000 Chicago passengers in an ongoing performance piece called The Singing Cab Driver Show. The Singing Cab Driver Show, Ray St. Ray's one-man musical, celebrates his life, loves and adventures, from the cab stands of Chicago to the TV screens of the world! With original songs by St. Ray and pianist Mark Burnell, it's part vaudeville, part inspirational seminar and "More than a ride...It's a trip!" It's a cosmically selective process who gets the Singing Cab Driver and when. If your karma is due, he'll be there to make your day, shamelessly promote his career agenda and deliver you to your destination in one piece, right side up. Watch for Ray St. Ray on the streets, in the media and in your dreams! By the way, Ray St. Ray is not his real name. It is more of an affectation, like "Bond. James Bond." .....His real name is...Ray. HOTLINE! 312-905-3634 Coming soon! www.singingcabdriver.com
